New: lungs, heart and CTR on every run
Running the AI now returns, in addition to the pathology scores and the pneumothorax mask:
- an image with both lungs and the heart segmented, with the cardiac and thoracic spans drawn on it;
- a card with the measured cardiothoracic ratio and whether it exceeds the 0.5 cardiomegaly threshold;
- lung-field areas left vs right, their asymmetry, the cardiac area ratio, and the detected projection (CTR is validated on PA films);
- when a pneumothorax is found — its approximate share of that hemithorax;
- all of it written into the downloadable Chest X-Ray Report PDF.
What it does
Screens a chest X-ray for common findings (consolidation, effusion, pneumothorax, cardiomegaly and more) with a multi-label CNN, returning per-finding probabilities and a heat-map of the regions driving each call.
